Cancellation Policy
You are responsible for filling this session with athletes. Please note the minimum is 6 and the maximum is 10. You will be required to enter the names and email addresses of all athletes in the booking. A separate invoice will be sent to them individually. A refund will be provided if this criteria is not met. Payment is required before the session begins. You can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours prior to the start of the session for no fee. There is a no refund policy for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the start of the session.
